Born to be an influencer and connector; he realized at age 12, with his first (and last) job in food service, that the key to success and independence was hidden in hard work, honesty and high-level engagement with his peers and customers. He has focused on these principles in every professional role he’s held since. He is recognized in the top 1% of real estate agents nationally and is the team owner and creator of Radius Residential Partners. Teddy leads this team within Village Real Estate- the #1 locally owned brokerage in Nashville, Tennessee and brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to real estate sales and coaching clients.
Teddy has real estate in his blood. His mother, Bobbie Noreen and father were REALTORS entrenched in the Southern California housing industry in the early 70s where he and his now real estate broker, sister Jenn Garrett grew up. Teddy always knew his skills would best be suited for the complex world of real estate. At 16 years old, he relocated, (ok was dragged), from Valencia, California to Nashville (Franklin, TN) in 1991. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University with a degree in Communications and Marketing and spending several years in the advertising business traveling and servicing Fortune 100 clients, he returned to Nashville in 2000 to integrate his background and education into a strong service centered real estate career. He is passionate about sharing his secrets to creating a profitable, sustainable, white glove real estate business as well as building wealth through calculated real estate investing. As a seasoned investor, Teddy enjoys helping buyers, sellers and investors obtain the same maximum appreciation and value as he has created for himself. He insists that emphasis be on building security through expert negotiation and intelligent real estate purchases.
