Attention all managing brokers, newly licensed potential managing brokers and those desiring to become managing brokers.
I am so excited and proud to announce that, Through TREC and Tennessee REALTORS, I have gotten approval for my 30 hour continuing education course for newly licensed or currently licensed brokers desiring a higher level of support and training. This course does not take the place of the mandatory course that one must take first in order to obtain a broker license.
This course will prepare those that are, or intending to be, broker managers of firm offices. This Accelerated Broker Course (ABC) will be comprised of six days, (five-hours each), preparing brokers to take on the responsibilities, tasks and leadership qualities necessary to manage a licensed firm location.
I will be instructing and facilitating this interactive workshop style course on February 25 and 26, March 11 and 12 and
March 18 and 19. There will be required reading, interactive sharing and home study.
Instruction will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. central time. Box lunches will be provided. It will be held at The Tennessee Realtor Association office, 901 19th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212.
